I Have Pustural Psoriasis On My Palms That Is Very

I have pustural psoriasis on my palms that is very stubborn and won't go away, had it about 3 years. I am a 58 year old menoposal women, dermalogist treats with different steroids applied to palm. Nothing works, just a nasty cycle. Wondering if self treating for candida might be an avenue to explore.
