I Have Put Permethrin Cream On My Body Five Times

I have put Permethrin cream on my body five times total, although my rash and bumps seem to have disappeared, I still itch vigorously at night but I don't itch much during the day...do I still have scabies? And little bumps with clear liquid pop up on my hands, are these new bites?
