I Have Put Off Having A Hysterectomy Due To Three

I have put off having a hysterectomy due to three fibroids within my uterus, one the size of a seven month fetus. I did not like the potential post-surgery complications, nor the idea of having a vaginal cuff because I enjoy a vigorous sex life. Lately, however, a very foul odor has begun emitting from my vagina. What could this possibly mean and should I now truly consider the surgery?
