I Have Quick Question. I Take Accutane And I Need

I have quick question. I take accutane and I need to take a blood test monday. The test should be for liver, cholesterol, and tryglyceride. I was wondering if marijuana will show up in my test? I dont smoke normally but I am for halloween tonight and I was told that when they check for those specific things they dont find marijuana substances. Is that true?
