I Have Randomly Ocuring Pains In My Arms And Thighs

I have randomly ocuring pains in my arms and thighs as well as shortness of breath from heavy physical activit. And pains in upper back,shoulder blades. The pain is random not related to activity like the breathing tho sometimes they occur at the same time
