I Have Re-occurring Acne Like Bumps That Tend To Be

I have re-occurring acne like bumps that tend to be on a hair follicle. It's not an Ingrown hair and I've used an oil free foam in the shower to clean pores and can be used on sensitive skin. I've been tested for STD's and I have none. They're not painful but take forever to go away. If I pop it, it leaves an unappealing scar.
