I Have Really Bad Acne Scars And These Pimples That

I have really bad acne scars and these pimples that are tiny and red but they don't turn white and they never go away! They are mostly all by my mouth, nose and forehead. I'm a 15 year old girl and me being young and still going through puberty may be affecting that they seem to never leave my face. But I have tried everything and nothing seems to work if anything it's been getting worse. Please, how do I get rid of them.
