I Have Really Bad Joint Pain, My White Counts Stay

I have really bad joint pain, my white counts stay elevated enough so that I have had 2 bone marrow biopsies for cancer, both negative. I seem to be allergic to the sun breaking out in hives. Headaches, weight gain, and when I get sick I usually end up in the hospital. Fatigue, mild fevers, and what looks like oil in urine.
They treat the condition on hand but no one can figure out what is wrong.
