I Have Really Bad Leash Burn On The Back Of

I have really bad leash burn on the back of my knee from my great Dane. My dog is very large and the impact was really hard. I can't bend my knee without having a tone of pain. Pain is localized to the back of my knee. How would I know if something else was causing pain along side the burn? Like something being torn?
