I Have Really Bad Pain In My Feet, Both Feet,

I have really bad pain in my feet, both feet, it feels like shooting knives in the heal of my feet when I walk. and because I'm compensating when I walk my legs and lower back are beginning to hurt too. today its my right groin that's been killing me. the worst pain is in the mornings when I get out of bed but its constant non stop throughout the day.
