I Have Really Bad Sharp Pains In My Right Lower

I have really bad sharp pains in my right lower stomach it's so bad I can't stand up straight I had this pain for almost 2 hours it's not going away it's not easing off I can cope with the pain when I'm crouched up about one they stand up straight it's really bad i've also not had my period for six months I don't know if this has anything got to do with it I am 22 years old please help should I go to hospital or what will I do
