I Have Really Bad Trapped Wind, Its Moving Right Around

I have really bad trapped wind, its moving right around my body, it started in my chest and up into my back and shoulder and also in my stomach area. I've had this pain for about 24 hours and I am breaking wind but it doesn't seem to be working. What will help me.
