I Have Really Severe Muscle Cramps In My Rib Cage

I have really severe muscle cramps in my rib cage with spasms as well. They occur in my legs and feet as well and sometimes my hands. I had not had an episode in a while. I recently began taking norvasc again, along with lisinopril. Can this be the problem?
