I Have Received 2 Yearly Infusions Of Recast. I Currently

I have received 2 yearly infusions of recast. I currently have fresh fractures in sacrum, many compression fractures, & RA. Last dexa showed high level of osteoporosis. My rheumatologist will wait until next dexa in August to think about changing to Prolia. I didn't like the list of side effects, especially since I am currently on methotrexate for the RA. Do most people experience those effects?
