I Have Received My Second Depo Shot And Due For

I have received my second depo shot and due for my third at the end if January. I have been bleeding light and regular for 5 weeks, going on my 6th. I have gained ten pounds in a one week span and gained 40 all together since my first shot. After my last shot I bled 5 1/2 weeks. My sex drive is almost gone and I have been rather hormonal. Veins in my thighs and breast seem to appear more. I have been prescribed hormone pills again to stop my period. Are these things normal? Will my period regulate? I also experience light to severe cramping mainly with my left ovary.
