I Have Recently Beat The Flu I Think But My

I have recently beat the flu I think but my voice is still gone after 3.5 weeks. I'm also having headaches, nausea, and finding it hard to breath as though something is heavy on my chest. I coughed up blood this a.m. I have dizziness and somewhat unsteady gait. I was treated for the flu with prednisone and antibiotics. I have high blood pressure and the only regular medication I take is Lisinopril 20mg (one per day).
I have a doctors appointment next week. Do you know what is wrong with me?
