I Have Recently Been Aware Of A Bony Ridge Going

I have recently been aware of a bony ridge going down my forehead vertically...I was hit in the nose upward and hadn't noticed this ridge before then...it doesn't hurt and it isn't really visibly noticeable but has me concerned because it hasn't always been there...could being hit in the nose push it upward to cause this
