I Have Recently Been Changed From Taking Two Different Thyroids

I have recently been changed from taking two different thyroids meds. I orginially had been taken NP Thyroid and was taken off that and placed on Synthroid and Cytomel. I felt like I was going crazy. Is this a side effect and how liong will it take for me to get back to my normal self?
