I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With Lymphocytic Colitis, And Was

I have recently been diagnosed with Lymphocytic Colitis, and was prescribed Budesonide for it. I got online and found out that once diagnosed with LC/MC that's it - it's for life, although you can treat the symptoms. I'm not dealing with the news well. It came on very suddenly (overnight) and I don't know what caused it. I am looking at all the meds/supplements I'm taking and trying to find any that might interact and may have caused it.
Q: Is it okay to take benedryl with melatonin and gabapentin and tamoxifen?
