I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With Type II Diabetes. I

I have recently been diagnosed with Type II diabetes. I had early stage breast cancer last year so did not notice the shift from prediabetic to full blown dx. When I took the time to see my doctor was at 440 glucose level. What type of symptoms would be normal in that type of situation.
