I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With A 4mm Kidney Stone

I have recently been diagnosed with a 4mm kidney stone (Thursday morning) and I've been drinking lots of fluids and resting. However, the pain seems to be bouncing back and forth between by Kidney and my groin and no stone has been produced. Should I worry?
