I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I

I have recently been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I am 43 male but think I have adhd of which is possibly triggering my anxiety. I have been on lexapro 10mg for about 2 months now and am thinking of looking into a stimulant medication for adhd. I have never been on any medication at all up until a couple months ago. Is this a reasonable treatment option to take lexapro and adderall or ritalin and is this common?
