I have recently been diagnosed with ventricular hypertrophy and new onset left bundle branch block. I have been treated for hypertension for many years. I am a 58 year old woman. I experienced no chest pain and shortness of breath only with extreme exertion. What is the prognosis\expected outcome for me.
