I Have Recently Been Experiencing Extreme Cold Intolerance, Body Chills,

I have recently been experiencing extreme cold intolerance, body chills, high blood pressure, face is flushed, can not lose weight, ringing in ears, dizzy, constipation, hair loss, can not fall asleep, tired, muscle fatigue. I have multiple blood work including thyroid TSH, free T4, antibodies, T3, and all of my hormones checked. The only thing high is the sex binding hormone. My TSH over the past three years has gone from 1.12 to 2.1 currently. I don't feel like this all of the time, just randomly throughout the month. I was on Adderall and birth control which I recently stopped to be able to properly test my hormones and thought maybe the Adderall was causing these issues. Still having them after being off of them. Don't know where to go from here.
