I Have Recently Been Experiencing Pain When I Urine. I

I have recently been experiencing pain when I urine. I have to urinate frequently about every 5 minutes or so. When I go to the bathroom its only a little quantity. I have had my sister tell me that it may be a UTI so I took the AVO pills for the pain. Well now I have blood coming out and it feels like a period which I have already had mine for the month. Any ideas?
