I Have Recently Been Experiencing Small Itchy Bumps On My

I have recently been experiencing small itchy bumps on my lower stomach area. I wash there constantly and have no idea where they came from. They have been growing from my belly button up and I have no idea what they are. I can best describe them as a bumpy, itchy, rash. And response on how to get rid of them would be great.
