I have recently been exposed to genital herpes and am experiencing my first outbreak. Can you advise on how many average outbreaks a person experiences yearly? Is there a chance that the virus will go dormant for a long period of time after this? Also, how do I insure that other family members are not exposed ? How contagious am I? Thank you
