I Have Recently Been Having Cramping Pains In My Stomach,

I have recently been having cramping pains in my stomach, extreme tiredness, fatigue and issues going to the toilet, i saw a consultant at my local walk in centre who believed it to be IBS but reading up on the symtoms it could also be a sign of implantation which a pregnancy could have been possible, i have just had what i thought was a period but was different in consistancy bright red and very watery is this possible to be implantation?
