I have recently been having waves of muscle spasms in my intestines with extreme low back pain, but only in the evening hours after I get off work. I have a history of colon cancer in 2005 with bowel resection, no chemo, no radiation. A history of breast cancer in 2012/13 with surgery, chemo and radiation. Now I am getting a bit worried about these new symptoms
