I Have Recently Been Prescribed Lipitor. I Now Have Muscle

I have recently been prescribed Lipitor. I now have muscle pain, fatique, blood in the urine, and nausea---no fever. Is Lipitor a likely cause for blood in the urine and how does it cause this problem? No bacteria was found in the urine today when I went to the clinic, but an antibiotic was prescribed as a precaution.
