I Have Recently Been Told That I Have The Following

I have recently been told that I have the following conditions when I went in for pre op exam for torn rotator cuff: coarse peribronchial changes, granulomatous disease, ectasia of defending thoracic aorta, systemic hypertension, aortic valvular stenosis. How serious is this and should I continue to work as as heavy equipment mechanic? I am 63 yrs old.
