I Have Recently Begun To Get Up At Night To

I have recently begun to get up at night to urinate which I never did before. dry mouth, thirsty all the time. some mild heart burn. I am 63 years old, borderline on blood pressure, prediabetic, and am considered obese at 5' 10" and 250 lbs. Does it sound like I've gone to diabetic? I am on vacation in the south for 2 more months before I get to see my regular family practice. Do you think it is safe to wait till I get home?
