I Have Recently Changed My Birth Control Pill. I Was

I have recently changed my birth control pill. I was on quasene(spelling?) that contains estrogen and I never had a problem besides the fact that my doctor thought it was causing my migraines. She put me on jolivette, which is a non-estrogen pill. I have been taking it for a little over two week and have been spotting for 5 days and have a weird vaginal smell. I am also very moody and I am very embaressed about the smell because I always stay very clean down there. My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and I have not been sextually active besides with him. Please help.. I cant see a doc till Monday.
