I Have Recently Developed A Small Red Blotch On The

I have recently developed a small red blotch on the end of my right elbow.
It does not really look bad but is very sensitive to the touch and when touched or when I lean upon it, it feels like a burn wound. This is recent and
can be a bit uncomfortable especially when I lean upon it.
