I Have Recently Developed Multiple Reddened Bumps Beneath My Jawline.

I have recently developed multiple reddened bumps beneath my jawline. I am not aware that i may be allergic to anything else l, aside from penicillin. Please inform me as of what this might have been caused by.. And how I might be able to treat it. Thank you for you're time.
