I Have Recently Developed Pains In The Muscules Of My

I have recently developed pains in the muscules of my legs and its getting worse.
I have been a very active person, playing tennis 3 times a week,
I have no physical injury. But for the last 6 months i have been directed to take Perindopril for
a raised blood pressure.
Could this medication cause my problem?
