I Have Recently Experienced A Tenderness And Pain In My

I have recently experienced a tenderness and pain in my shoulder and armpit which coincided with a heavy nights drinking. I went the doctors as I was concerned regarding my lymph nodes but was advised no lumps etc but I do have slightly high blood pressure.

I went out again at the weekend drinking and have the same symptoms again. Feeling a bit silly if I go the doctors when he has advised me everything is fine but I'm a little concerned.
