I Have Recently Had 2 Episodes Of Upper Mid Abdominal

I have recently had 2 episodes of upper mid abdominal pain. These episodes feel like a very intense tightening or squeezing below the rib cage. These episodes lasted 5 to 20 minutes and went away as quickly as they occured. No fever, vomiting or diarrhea during the episodes. Both episodes occured in the late evening hours. I am a 37 year old male with no history of abdominal issues.
