I Have Recently Had A Bowel Screening Test And It

I have recently had a bowel screening test and it came back positive and I am awaiting a colonoscopy, I have been experiencing loose bowel movement and now constipation and lower back pain. I had a solid movement today, but i am experiencing back pain travelling further up my r/h side in the lung area. I was drinking quite heavily in the past 6 months and have stopped completely since last week.
