I Have Recently Had A Few Weeks Of Throat Discomfort

I have recently had a few weeks of throat discomfort in the gland area in my neck, symptoms are similar to glandular fever apart from they didnt show in 2 blood tests, my neck muscles went into spasm and i couldnt move or sleep in extreme discomfort!
I still have the pressure feeling in neck constanty and intense throbbing heartbeat in neck and chest with discomfort and insomnia? Im very tired and have hot and cold sweats with still neck pains... Would live to get better !
