I Have Recently Had A Hemorrhoid Removed And They Put

I have recently had a hemorrhoid removed and they put dissolvable stitches in I was able to pass one still all by myself which hurt really bad but the past 2 days I have not been able to produce the store and it feels like I have to go butt have a store that is blocking I am also do for a C-section November 1st what should I do
