I Have Recently Had A Lot Of Water Retention, Painful

I have recently had a lot of water retention, painful muscles, painful joints. My doctor changed me from Naturethyroid to Levothyroxine in the last six months. Could this be related to lack of T3? I have a diagnosis of Hashimotos and was fairly well controlled on Naturethyroid for many years but came up T3 and T4 deficient.
