I Have Recently Had A Reoccurrence Of Psoriasis...after Aprox .35-40

I have recently had a reoccurrence of psoriasis...after aprox .35-40 years. I had psoriasis since I was about 3""""until finallyngettingntrested eith methotrexate. Well...for years since then I have had no psoriasis until recently...now,,,should I again try methotrexate? Or what else? By the way, I'm 80 now!
