I Have Recently Had A Total Abdominal Hysterectomy With Both

I have recently had a total abdominal hysterectomy with both ovaries ad tubes removed. I am healing just fine from that. Yet lately when I am in the shower or stand up I get light headed and need to stop whatever I was going to do to sit for a while. What is going on with me and I have shortness of breath with it.
