I Have Recently Had An Allergic Reaction, The Doctors Gave

I have recently had an allergic reaction, the doctors gave me prednisolone and fluoxcillian i have finished the prednisolone 2 days ago i was on 20mg a day for 4 days. My allergies, skin rash and everything was gone. my skin was clear however today my skin has gone red there is fluid oozing out =, it has gone patchy and i cannot move my face what can i do?
