I Have Recently Had An Ultrasound Examination Of Kidneys And

I have recently had an ultrasound examination of kidneys and bladder.I was told all was fine. Today I had a second incidence of hematuria. I noticed a dull pain in my back last night in the region of my kidney. I noticed slight but unusual swelling in my right ankle, but not today. So what's up or do I need to see my doctor?
