I Have Recently Had Knee Replacement All Went Well I

I have recently had knee replacement all went well I am very healthy 60 yr old female
I sweat perfusly every night when asleep
This happened several years ago when I had a fractured L1 from a fall off a horse. The sweating lasted the entire recovery time

What is causing this?
