I Have Recently Had My Gallbladder Removed (roughly A Year

I have recently had my gallbladder removed (roughly a year ago), but still suffer from occasional nausea and some vomiting roughly each morning from post nasal drip. Could this cause elevated ck, ckmb, or myoglobin? Also immediately after eating fatty foods would that cause an elevated lipase?
