I Have Recently Had Shoulder Replacement Surgery,(Oct.26)...acctually Just Before I

I have recently had shoulder replacement surgery,(Oct.26)...acctually just before I had the surgery I started having panic attacks, and I really don't know why...I was not concerned about the surgery, I had a well known very good surgeon..I am not allowed to drive for 4-6 weeks post op, which bothers me, because I do like to drive and be independent...shortly after the surgery (5days) I fell in my home and hit the corner of my cupboard with my head, C.T. scan of my head and xrays of my shoulder were taken, and all was fine...for some reason or other I still feel anxious all the time. Please help me if you can.
