I Have Recently Had The Flu Virus Even Though I

I have recently had the flu virus even though i had a flu jab.I am a 65yr old female .I now wet myself a little eash time i cough or sneeze ,even after i have already emptied my bladder.I now think i smell of urine all the time even though i wash regulary and change under wear.Plaes can you tell me what i should do
